the hotel's location was good for accessing public transport. Trindade metro station was only a few minutes away..

My room faced the front, and street noise was excessive at all hours. the soundproofing was inadequate. additionally, i encountered ants in the bathroom. I found this unacceptable in a hotel of this supposed standard.

the check-in process was smooth and efficient. i received helpful directions to local attractions from the staff. the open space outside the hotel provided a pleasant atmosphere. the bed offered excellent comfort, a welcome relief after long days.

I encountered noise issues because of inadequate glazing. Traffic sounds persisted throughout the night, disrupting sleep.

the breakfast selection had a wide array of options, including fresh fruit, pastries, and hot dishes such as scrambled eggs and bacon. the coffee machine offered several choices like espresso, cappuccino, and regular coffee. seating was plentiful and the dining area was clean.

The room was spacious and well maintained. It included a mini-fridge, a safe, and a tv with various channels. the bathroom had a rainfall shower and complimentary toiletries were provided. the air conditioning worked effectively, keeping the room cool.
